Electromechanical Service Technician (Generators, HVAC, Diesel)

Do you enjoy turning complex mechanical and electrical problems into clear, actionable fixes? Are you comfortable using a laptop or tablet to pull diagnostics and manage work? If so, this role is for you.

• Use company technology to create/assign work orders, track service intervals, and order parts—while accessing real‑time data from hundreds of machine makes and models to accelerate diagnosis.
• Travel as needed to customer locations to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC systems, and oil‑free air compressors.
• Troubleshoot failures and complete repairs both in the shop and on site.
• Work solo or team up with other technicians to set up and operate equipment at customer sites and in the shop.
• Practice safe repair procedures at all times; OSHA familiarity preferred.
• Help mentor and train junior technicians.
• Submit accurate daily electronic documentation for all work performed.
• Assist with the pickup and delivery of equipment and parts.
• Participate in year‑round, company‑provided OEM training.
• Handle other duties as needed.

• HVAC and HVAC/R mastery, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Heavy equipment repair background and readiness for field service.
• Hydraulics experience and strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work with high‑voltage systems safely.
• Knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
• Confidence using laptops and tablets as part of daily workflow.
