Job Description:

• The Analyst Digital Analytics position is responsible for building and maintaining dashboards recurring reports scorecards alerts and ad hoc analyses supporting Customer Experience Analytics.
• The role partners with business and technology stakeholders to measure performance monitor digital products track KPIs and OKRs identify opportunities to improve customer experience analyze customer behavior and deliver actionable insights.
• The position utilizes tools such as Adobe Analytics Quantum Metric Azure ADX Databricks SQL Power BI and related analytics platforms to support data-driven decision making across the organization.

Top 3 Mandatory Skills:

• SQL PowerBI/Tableau and Digital Analytics Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics skills

Nice to Have

• Skills and Experience preferred but not required: Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics Quantum Metric
• Ideal Candidate: 4yrs experience Driven and self-motivated. Does not shy away from hard problems.
• Passionate about data. Good communicator at all levels.
